I phoned to confirm that there was undercover parking, which the hotel did. At arrival, I was informed that there's no undercover parking,which I had to pay R70 for. I specifically requested for a non-smoking room and was allocated a smoking room.

Everytime I switched the air-conditioning on,the electricity went down and the only way it could be switched back on was by knocking up the room next door as the electricity box was in their room!

Overall nicely furnished room, comfortable and central located. Staff not trained to deal with problem situations.

Absolutely delightful place to stay.

This was our first place to stay in Cape Town at Hollow on the Square. It is well located within easy reach of the main tourist areas. The room was beautifully furnished and decorated, large and very clean.

Great attention to detail and courteous staff.
