Better than home

Feb 2010 - Paul and Jenny , UK

I never thought I'd say this , but it was better than home.

We stayed 4 nights . The room was simple and tastefully decorated, plus very clean . Wonderful ambience about the place and Seapoint is a very safe neighbourhood.

Breakfast was served outside when it was sunny with fresh orange juice, real European-style bread, sausage , bacon and eggs, cereals , and a fruit salad with yogurt and muesli. Special requests in advance were kindly adhered to.

It's a friendly place that allows you to interact with other guests on one big table.

Seapoint is a safe and convenient neighborhood only 15 minutes by cab to Cape Town, and is a lot safer than the centre of Cape Town where we previously stayed. A car or taxi is required to travel to town , although bus transport is provided.

The owners , Stefan and his wife were most friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble offering us advice and tips on places to go..

A very hospitable place and highly recommended as great value for money.
