Expected more from a 5 star

There are a lot things going for this hotels which we stayed in for a conference at the Sandton Convention Centre .

Room are nice, with a huge bath and shower, as well as the location which is close to shopping, restaurants, parking and the centre of Sandton .

The staff are friendly enough , but the staff can be abit slow on the service which is frustrating if your time is short for business.

Sometimes I'd be left waiting for 30 minutes or more , or completely forgotten.

For a 5 star hotel I would expect more.
