Rosebank Guide

Rosebank, Johannesburg is a vibrantly multicultural district, tourist attraction and business centre, being alive with fun and entertainment. As it is so compact, workers, residents and visitors can walk this area and take pleasure in the relaxing atmosphere. Johannesburg itself is the perfect base to explore South Africa further afield. Pretoria is near enough to go on a daytrip, while the Kruger National Park is also close enough to get away for a stress-free weekend.

Top Rosebank Attractions

The Walter Sisulu National Botanical Gardens is the home of some Black Eagles whom visitors can glimpse through a telescope. The garden is well patronised by bird and plant lovers and people who visit the tea garden. The Sunday Picnic Concert is also well patronised. Visitors can take an hour’s walk on a ring path that meanders through the verdant area. Indigenous plants are also sold here. The enormous lawn areas are loved by children and are perfect for simply relaxing or picnicking.
