Park Lane Guide: Spend Less, Do More

Welcome To Park Lane

Park Lane is one of London's most exclusive areas, full of high-class restaurants and hotels, but there are also many affordable attractions here that won't break the bank. Accommodation on Park Lane in Mayfair is amongst the best to be found anywhere, but apart from the grand, exclusive Park Lane hotels there are also many smaller guesthouses in the immediate area.

Top Park Lane Attractions
The Allies sculpture is a witty and rather moving life-size sculpture on Bond Street of Churchill and Roosevelt chatting on a bench, made by the American artist Lawrence Holofcener.

Unveiled in 2004, the Animals at War Museum is a moving tribute to the many animal victims of human conflicts, set in a curved wall of Portland stone with life-size animal sculptures.

Benjamin Disraeli’s House – The great Victorian statesman lived here, which contains exhibits of memorabilia from his life and times.

There are numerous restaurants and bistros that cater for all budgets and tastes in the Park Lane area. However, one of the most unique and exciting places to eat in the area is The Providores & Tapa Room on Marylebone High Street. Not only does the restaurant specialise in the most innovative fusion food from New Zealand, it also offers Britain's largest range of New Zealand premium wines.
